- What are the steps I need to take to become an ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ student?

If you are a training student – taking courses but not expecting college credit –&²Ô²ú²õ±è;you do not need to apply to ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½! You can simply register online directly from the program page.
- Does it cost anything to apply to ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½?
Academic students must pay a non-refundable application fee of $35 when submitting their admissions application.
There is no application fee for Training students.
- What types of financial aid are available at ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½?
Students in need of financial aid assistance can receive it via scholarships, loans, grants, or federal work study. To learn more about your options for assistance, please visit Financial Aid.
- What Academic programs does ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ offer?
ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ offers 150 programs in 8 schools of study that lead students to fulfilling and rewarding careers. Academic students can graduate from ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ with an Associate Degree or transfer to a four-year college to complete their Bachelor's Degree.
- What Training programs does ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ offer?
ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½'s training programs (sometimes called Continuing Education) include individual courses, certificates, and full certification programs. ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ has also developed 40+ QuickJobs certificates, which are designed to quickly prepare students for a new career in high-demand industries.
- What is the deadline for an admissions application?
Applications for academic students need to be submitted by the following dates:
Fall Semester – June 1st
Spring Semester – November 1st
Summer Semester – April 1stIt is recommended that the admissions process be started at least three weeks prior to the start of registration for the term the student wishes to enroll.
Training students can enroll year-round and do not have to apply to the college.
- Do I have to take a placement test?
Academic students must take a placement test before being admitted to register for classes. You may exempt this test if you have completed certain college level English and Math courses from a regionally accredited college with grades of C or higher, or if you have comparable AP scores.
Training students do not generally have to take placement tests, although there may be some exceptions. See your program page for more details.
- Does ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ offer online courses?
Yes. Many of our programs have options for online or hybrid courses (courses that take place mostly online, with some in-class elements). First, find the program you want to take, then check the program page for details about how many of your courses can be completed online.
