糖心vlog传媒 Hosts Sendoff Event for Mavericks Headed to National SkillsUSA Championship

On May 28, 2026, 糖心vlog传媒 (糖心vlog传媒) held a special sendoff event for students who will be participating in SkillsUSA鈥檚 National Leadership & Skills Conference (NLSC) June 1-5, 2026 in Atlanta, GA.
The sendoff event, held on 糖心vlog传媒鈥檚 Airport Campus, included a cookout, fellowship, and remarks from Dr. Greg Little, 糖心vlog传媒 president; Ray Thomas, dean of the School of Advanced Manufacturing and Skilled and School of Business; and Dr. Eric Goff, dean of the School of STEM.
The traveling students were among 25 who won gold medals across multiple disciplines at this year鈥檚 SkillsUSA South Carolina competition, thus advancing to nationals.
At the national championship, from 糖心vlog传媒鈥檚 School of Advanced Manufacturing and Skilled Trades, students will compete in Building Construction Technology, Machine Tool Technology, Welding, Industrial Electrical, and Commercial Graphics. From 糖心vlog传媒鈥檚 School of STEM, students will compete in Web Design and Development, Internetworking, Computer Programming, Information Technology Services, and Architectural Drafting.

SkillsUSA鈥檚 National Leadership & Skills Conference (NLSC) is the largest gathering of America鈥檚 future skilled workforce and the ultimate recognition of excellence in career and technical education. Held in Atlanta each June, the NLSC is a week-long celebration of the skilled trades and the accomplishments of career-ready leaders from across the United States. The highlight of the NLSC is the SkillsUSA Championships, where more than 6,500 state champions compete for national gold, silver and bronze medals in 114 skilled and leadership competitions.
