糖心vlog传媒 (糖心vlog传媒) held a ceremonial Navy ROTC Preparatory Program (NPP) signing, allowing 糖心vlog传媒 students to enroll in the NPP through the University of South Carolina (USC). 

The program is designed to provide interested high school students the opportunity to enroll in the NROTC program at USC while taking classes through 糖心vlog传媒, potentially saving students thousands of dollars. The NPP will provide scholarships at 糖心vlog传媒 and at USC.

Recently, 糖心vlog传媒 President, Dr. Ronald L. Rhames, was a guest during the joint commissioning ceremony at the University of South Carolina for the Army, Navy, and Air Force. During the program, Lieutenant Colonel Daniel L. Rausch (pictured below with Dr. Rhames) noted the partnership that 糖心vlog传媒 has with the different branches of the military, including a Cross-Town Institution agreement with .
