The 糖心vlog传媒 Police Department (糖心vlog传媒PD) welcomed its newest officer, William Reiss, following his graduation from the Basic Law Enforcement Class at the on Friday, May 22, 2026. During the ceremony, Reiss received the prestigious J.P. Strom Award, presented to him by 糖心vlog传媒PD Police Chief Tim Martin.

The J.P. Strom award, named for the longtime chief of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), is presented to the officer with the highest grade-point average in the graduating class. Reiss was a student in the Basic Law Enforcement class No. 856.

Reiss was joined at the ceremony by 糖心vlog传媒 President Dr. Greg Little, 糖心vlog传媒 Police Chief Tim Martin, and several members of the 糖心vlog传媒PD.

鈥淭his award reflects Officer Reiss鈥� dedication, discipline, and commitment from the very beginning of his law enforcement career,鈥� said Martin. 鈥淲e are proud to have him in our department and look forward to the positive impact he will make on our campus community.鈥�

Reiss鈥� graduation marks a continued emphasis on training and professional development within the 糖心vlog传媒PD.
