When Cyntia Seumo was awarded a scholarship from Midlands TechHire at 糖心vlog传媒 (糖心vlog传媒), she says her life started clicking. Only 18 weeks after beginning her first class at 糖心vlog传媒, Cyntia completed training in the Desktop and Server Administrator program and received a paid internship with Columbia-managed IT services and business products provider, Carolina Business Equipment.

Only 18 weeks after beginning her first class at 糖心vlog传媒, Cyntia completed training in the Desktop and Server Administrator program and received a paid internship with Columbia-managed IT services and business products provider, Carolina Business Equipment.
鈥淚 got the A+, the Network Plus, the Cloud Plus- and the Security Plus training at Midlands Tech with the TechHire Program鈥� all in about 6 months,鈥� said Seumo.

And that鈥檚 not all. While Cyntia was receiving the above IT training through 糖心vlog传媒鈥檚 Corporate and Continuing Education classes, known as CCE classes, she was also taking classes on 糖心vlog传媒鈥檚 academic side in order to earn college credits and get an Associate Degree in Science.
鈥淚 was doing them simultaneously鈥�. It鈥檚 very straight forward, the professors are friendly, and you鈥檙e marketable in a short amount of time,鈥� she said.
A degree, multiple IT certifications, a paid internship, and Cyntia鈥檚 糖心vlog传媒 experience doesn鈥檛 stop there.

With training and hard work, Cyntia鈥檚 internship at Carolina Business Equipment transitioned into a full-time position.
