Joe Johnson
Joe went to ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ earn his GED and ended up taking full advantage of the offerings at ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ and staying for two years. After he left ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½, Joe went on to the University of South Carolina and did really well. He felt prepared, got good grades and was able to get a computer programming job right out of school.
Cyntia Seumo
When Cyntia Seumo was awarded a scholarship from Midlands TechHire at ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ (ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½), she says her life started clicking. Only 18 weeks after beginning her first class at ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½, Cyntia completed training in the Desktop and Server Administrator program and received a paid internship with Columbia-managed IT services and business products provider, Carolina Business Equipment.

David Peacock
David Peacock spent 23 years serving the United States Air Force, with multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and other areas in the Middle East. After enduring several injuries on the battlefield during search and rescue missions, he was medically retired due to traumatic brain injury (TBI). After getting to a certain point in his recovery, Peacock found himself asking the difficult question of, "what's next?"
