"ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ was my first college choice. 

At ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½, I felt like I was a person and not a number. Teachers there knew me by name and helped me learn better study skills. They cared enough to push me and help motivate me. I also didn’t feel intimidated going up to ask a teacher a question after class, which was great – instead of having to wait for office hours or an appointment like I would at a big university. I decided to go on and continue my education at Winthrop and study healthcare management. All my ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½ classes transferred, and my advisors helped me find the right path during the whole transfer process.

If I had gone to Winthrop my freshman year, I would not be where I am now. I’m more confident and a better student after my time at ÌÇÐÄvlog´«Ã½. I’m also in a better situation financially. I pay my own way, so I appreciate that I’ll end up paying about half of what a typical four-year student at Winthrop pays. After I graduate next year, my plan is to get some work experience and then go back to school for my MBA.
